Codifer Boulevard Renovation & Addition

We took this 2,000 SF house down to the studs, added a 1,200 SF addition, and finished out the house in a cool ‘California Bungalow’ style. For the curb appeal, the dated windows were replaced with huge, custom picture windows. The porch received new bluestone pavers and a custom X-design railing. At the addition, the living room has even larger picture windows. This living room is one of my favorites! The huge custom windows make the space. The kitchen is crisp and modern with the white ‘California Bungalow’ style that flows right in to the living room.  This house feels breezy, light, and airy. Wonderful transformation.
