Bellaire Drive
After Renovation

Before Renovation
This house had a ‘chopped up’ floor plan with a small galley kitchen. We overhauled the floor plan and created what I call a “Grande Galley Kitchen.” The unique thing is that the new large galley kitchen is actually L-shaped. We have a special focal point at the range wall. The owners used their special skills to create an Ann Sacks tile pattern that is such a showstopper! We opened the kitchen with glass sliding doors to a new Southern style porch. The pantry has reeded glass sliding doors that are hung from a concealed track in the ceiling. The powder room was relocated and has a gorgeous lilac design vibe by the owner and House of Hazard Interiors.
